At Aurelia Fields, every piece we curate is meant to bring a touch of magic to your wardrobe. We deeply value your journey with us and stand wholeheartedly behind the quality of our collections. If a piece isn’t quite enchanting whether it’s a fit issue or arrived with an unexpected flaw we are dedicated to guiding you toward the perfect solution. Our Return Policy We gracefully accept return requests within 14 days of your package’s delivery. When parting with a piece, you may select one of the following paths: An Exchange for a different size or a completely new item. Store Credit (issued via a digital gift card) equivalent to the piece's purchase value. Once your return arrives at our care facility, our team will thoughtfully inspect it and keep you updated. Upon approval, your exchange or store credit will be processed swiftly. Please Note: To qualify for an exchange or full credit, items must remain in their original, pristine condition. Pieces that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.

  1. How to Begin Your Return To initiate a return or exchange, simply reach out to our dedicated care team at contact.aureliafields@gmail.com with the following details:
    1. Your unique order number
    2. A clear photograph highlighting the issue (the flaw, damage, or fit concern)
    Once we review your request, we will share the next steps and provide tailored return instructions for approved cases. We kindly ask that you secure the item safely, using its original packaging whenever possible. To safeguard your return, we strongly advise choosing a shipping service with tracking; we cannot be held responsible for treasures that go missing or sustain damage on their way back to us. Order Cancellations We understand that inspiration can shift. We are happy to accommodate order cancellations within a 24-hour window from the moment of purchase. After the 24-hour mark: If your order has been processed or shipped: It can no longer be canceled. It must instead be received and processed through our standard Returns & Exchanges journey. If only a portion of your order has shipped: Any remaining, unshipped pieces will be promptly canceled and refunded. If your order is still awaiting shipment: A full refund will be lovingly issued directly to your original payment method. Please note: If a discount or promotional code was woven into your purchase, your refund will reflect the precise amount paid after the discount, rather than the original retail price. Refunds & Processing Your refunds or store credits are finalized the moment your returned package is welcomed back and inspected by our team. Store Credit: Your digital gift card will blossom in your inbox within 5–7 business days after your return is received. Original Payment Methods: Standard refunds are subject to the processing timelines of your specific bank or card issuer.

The 30-Day Delivery Promise: If a piece has not shipped or found its way to your doorstep within 30 days of purchase, you are fully entitled to choose between a refund (minus shipping costs) or a beautiful replacement item of equal value.
